RHDB_RESPORG_CHANGE_REPORT
Field	Characters	Description
Entity	Varchar2(8)	The first two characters in the Resp Org (Responsible Organization) field.
Org	Varchar2(3)	The last 3 characters in the Resp Org field, representing the organization. Example: ZA1 is the organization in Resp Org ZATST.
RespOrg	Varchar2(5)	Resp Org that owns the Dial Number.
Dialnbr	Varchar2(13)	A 10 digit Toll-Free Number (DIAL#) or Template Name.
NumberStatus	Varchar2(50)	The status of a DIAL#: S (Spare) - Available for use by a customer U (Unavailable) - Removed from use and cannot be assigned until it is released R (Reserved) - Holding for future use by a customer A (Assigned) - Associated with a pending Customer Record that has been established in Service Management System/800 (SMS/800), but is not yet active in the Service Control Point (SCP) P (Suspend) - Disconnected but scheduled to be reactivated W (Working) - Has a Customer Record status of active or sending D (Disconnect) - Service has been terminated T (Transitional) - Service has been terminated for less than the specified number of months and is no longer on intercept.
TransferType	Varchar2(20)	Type of transfer: Transferred In Transferred Out
Preventity	Varchar2(2)	The Entity that previously owned the DIAL#. This data may not always be available.
Prevorg	Varchar2(3)	The Resp Org that previously owned the Dial Number
PrevResporg	Varchar2(5)	The Resp Org that previously owned the DIAL#. This data may not always be available for this table.
StatusChangeDate	Date	The date when the status was changed.
ExtractDate	Date	Date when the record was sent to the RHDB database.
LastUpdateDateTime	Timestamps	The date and time the record was last updated in the Somos TFNRegistry™.
