TFNRegistry Reporting: Users Table (RHDB_USERS) – Somos

The Users table stores information for the following interfaces – Reporting LoginIDs, RHDB SFTP LoginIDs, and RHDB SQL*Net LoginIDs. This table was created to support the User Activity Administration (UAA) page for the above mentioned LoginIDs (see Table 125 RHDB_USERS).

This table is available via the SMSADM universe in Reporting. The data is viewable only by the Help Desk and Administrators via Reporting.

Please Note: The Users table stores information for all current and past interfaces; therefore, interfaces that are no longer available, may still appear in this table as it was still available at the time a user last accessed it.

Field	Characters	Description
Logonid	char (8)	The Login ID of the activity.
logon_system	char (3)	The SMS/800 TFN Registry that the Login ID is created for. Valid values: BOJ (Business Objects) RHO (RHDB Oracle) RHU (RHDB UNIX)
control_resporg	char (5)	Indicates the controlling Resp Org of the Login ID.
current_lock_status	char (1)	Indicates the status of the Login ID. Valid values: L - Locked U - Unlocked
exempt_status	char (1)	Indicates the "exempt" status of the Login ID. Valid values: Y - It’s exempt from being automatically locked by the SMS/800 TFN Registry due to inactivity defined on the UAA page N - It’s not exempt
inactive_indicator	char (1)	Indicates the "inactivity" status of the Login ID. Valid values: Y - It’s inactive and detected by the SMS/800 TFN Registry based on the inactivity defined on the UAA page N - It’s not inactive
inactive_date	Date	Date when the Login ID is identified as "inactive".
last_logon_date	Timestamp	Date/time when the Login ID last accessed the SMS/800 SMS/800 TFN Registry.
date_locked	Timestamp	Date/time that the Login ID was locked.
last_updated	Timestamp	Date/time the last updated was performed.
last_update_by	char (8)	Administrator’s Login ID that performed the last update.
locked_by	char (30)	Indicates the process (e.g., SMSADM) or administrator’s Login ID that locked the Login ID.
pending_lock_action	char (1)	Indicates the pending action of Lock. Valid values: Blank (empty) - No action L - Lock U - Unlock
pending_exempt_action	char (1)	Indicates the pending action of Exempt. Valid values: Blank (empty) - No action E - Exempt N - Non-Exempt
Remarks	char (1)	One character code. Valid values: A - Inactive Login ID, E - Pending exempt, L- Pending Lock, N - Pending Non-exempt, P - Pending Unlock, S - Bad Password/ID attempts, U - Unlocked by a security administrator, Blank (empty) - No remarks.
extractDate	Date	The date when the record was sent to the RHDB database.
