The Changed NPA-NXXs table contains the NPA-NXX changes (including manual changes by the Help Desk) that may have occurred since the last TPM update:
- New NPA-NXXs
- Deleted NPA-NXXs
- NPA-NXXs moved from one LATA to another
- Date that the change occurred

| OldLata | varchar2(3) | The LATA associated with the NPA-NXX that was or will be deleted. or The LATA from which the NPA-NXX moved or will move from. |
| NewLata | varchar2(3) | The LATA associated with the NPA-NXX that was or will be added. or The LATA to which the NPA-NXX moved or will move to. |
| ChangeDate | Date | The changes were made to the associated tables. |
| ExtractDate | Date | The date when the record was sent to the RHDB database. |
| Create_LoginID | Varchar2 (8) | The mandatory data field that identifies the Login ID of the SMS/800 TFN Registry user that created the record. |
| Create_Time | Timestamp (6) | The date and time the record was last updated in the SMS/800 TFN Registry. |
| Update_LoginID | Varchar2 (8) | The mandatory data field that identifies the Login ID of the SMS/800 TFN Registry user who last updated the record. |
