TemplateID

The Template ID that is stored at the SCPs. Each Template Record (also called a Routing Template) has a unique Template ID. A Template ID is a 10 digit identifier (numeric only). The value is assigned by the SMS/800 TFN Registry when a Resp Org creates a Template Record. When a Template is sent to the SCPs, the SMS/800 TFN Registry will send the Template ID, not the Template Name, to the SCPs. The Template ID is used by the SCPs and it is created by SMS/800 TFN Registry upon creation (‘Update’) of a new Routing Template. The Template ID may only be useful when auditing Templates stored in SMS/800 TFN Registry versus an SCP(s).

Template Name

The Template Name:

• 4-15 characters. Template Name must start with an asterisk *.
• Followed by 2 alphabetic characters (Entity code that controls the Template).
• Followed by 1-12 alphanumeric.
• Dashes are optional and allowed only in character positions 4-15.

EffectiveDateTime

Date

The Effective Date and Time of the record.

ControlRespOrg

Controlling Resp Org of the record.

ExtractDate

Date

Date when the record was sent to the RHDB database.

Description

The Template Description. It is an optional field when creating a Template Name; therefore, this field may be empty.

Status

char(1)

The Status of the Template Record. Valid values for Template Records are:

• A - ACTIVE
• D – DISCONNECT
• F – FAILED
• I - INVALID
• M - MUST CHECK
• O - OLD
• P - PENDING
• S – SENDING
• U – SAVED
• X – DELETED

Please Note: HOLD status is not valid for Template Records

Create_LoginID

The mandatory data field that identifies the Login ID of the SMS/800 TFN Registry user that created the record.

Create_Time

Timestamp (6)

The date and time the record was last updated in the SMS/800 TFN Registry.

Update_LoginID

Varchar2 (8)

The mandatory data field that identifies the Login ID of the SMS/800 TFN Registry user who last updated the record.

Update_Time

Timestamp (6)

The date and time the record was last updated in the SMS/800 TFN Registry.
