The Threshold Level Class Assignments (TLC) function can be used to change the threshold level class assignment for an existing record with a status of either Active, Disconnect (with referral) or Sending. If the Toll-Free Number (TFN) has both an Active and Sending record, or a Disconnect and Sending record, the Sending record will be used. For more information on how to submit a TLC Override request (available to Service Control Points (SCPs) only) to the Help Desk for processing, please click here.
Please Note: If the Sending record is in Disconnect status with no referral, the TLC update request will be denied.
The TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) shall support the Administrator’s ability to perform the following functions for a TFN which has a user’s Common Channel Signaling (CCS) Network ID used in the Areas of Service (AOS) of its Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) or a Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR):
- Retrieve Threshold Level Class Assignments for a TFN
- Update Threshold Level Class Assignments for a TFN
From the Landing page or from any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the "Network and SCP Administration" menu item and then the "Threshold Level Class Assignment" sub-menu item. Once the "Threshold Level Class Assignment" sub-menu item has been selected, the sub-menu item will be highlighted and the TLC page will be displayed.
