To delete the SCP Administration (SID) information based on the CCS Network, retrieve the information. You can verify the Queue State that shows "Not Queue" prior to proceeding with a deletion. If the SCP is in a mated-pair configuration, verify that the MATE of the SCP also shows “Not Queue”.
Please Note: If the SCP is in a mated pair configuration and the mate of this SCP is in QUEUE state, then an error is generated indicating that the Mate is in QUEUE state; and in this state, the SCP ID cannot be deleted.
After retrieving the data, select the SCP ID that needs to be deleted by using the radio button next to the corresponding row and then select the “Delete” icon.
By selecting the “Delete” icon, a pop-up message, "Are you sure you want to delete?" will be displayed.
Once the SCP ID has been deleted, a message, “SCP Administration Deleted Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
