TFNRegistry Reporting: NPA Code Opening Rejected Record Table (RHDB_NPAOPEN_RJCT)

The Records Rejected by Conversion for NPA Code Opening Report lists those records rejected by the NPA Code Opening ID/Conversion process. It is possible that records on this report that have been converted automatically will not pass all validations. If after the conversion, the record is anything but Pending or Hold status, the Resp Org should check the report content to see if it needs manual conversion (see Table 87 RHDB_NPAOPEN_RJCT).

Therefore, this report may show invalid records that need to be acted upon manually by the Resp Org. This report contains records identified as having AOS changes that were rejected when the conversion was processed and need to have manual intervention. The Resp Org should look at the reason the record was rejected along with the explanation of the further action that should be taken. The changes required to these rejected records should be made as soon as possible after the report is received.

Included in this table are the following fields:

  • The new NPA being created.
  • The date for the report that the records were resident in the TFNRegistry.
  • The new NPA opening date.
  • The Toll-Free Number (TFN) that was unable to be converted or scheduled.
  • The Effective Date for the record.
  • The current status of the record.
  • The Responsible Organization (Resp Org) for the TFN.
  • The reason the record was rejected.
  • The Areas of Service (AOS) Region, AOS State, AOS NPA, and AOS Label affected by the NXX Move.
  • An indicator identifying if the following are affected by the NXX Move:
    • Call Processing Record (CPR) NPA Node & CPR State
    • Label Definitions (LAD) NPA & LAD State Types

This report data is based on the records resident in the TFNRegistry on this date.

OpenStartDate

Date

The date the new NPA is scheduled to open.

DialNbr

The TFN or Template Name of the record that the conversion process was unable to convert or schedule.

EffectiveDate

Date

The Effective Date/Time of the listed record.

CrStatus

char(1)

The status of the record. Status and definitions are:

  • A - Active
  • D - Disconnect with Referral
  • F - Failed
  • H - Hold
  • I - Invalid
  • M - Must Check
  • P - Pending
  • S – Sending
  • U - Saved

CvStatus

char(4)

Identifies the conversion status.

  • ILST - Illegal Status.
  • RNFD - Record Not Found.
  • MODI - Customer Record Modified. CR modified before conversion, manual updates may be needed.
  • CVSC - Conversion Successful.
  • CRPR - Customer Record Processed.
  • BKTD - Backtracked to DWNTM.
  • CPSD - Copied and Scheduled.
  • FAVL - Failed Validation.
  • CPFA - Copy Failed Validation.
  • CNCP - Cannot Copy.
  • CVER - Conversion Error (contact Help Desk).
  • ERCP - Conversion Error After Copy.
  • CLEX - CPR or LAD Exists.

RespOrg

The Resp Org for the TFN.

AosRegionAff

char(1)

Indicates if the AOS Region is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected

AosStateAff

Indicates if the AOS State is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected

AosNpaAff

Indicates if the AOS NPA is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected

AosLabelAff

char(1)

Indicates if the AOS Label is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected

CprNpaAff

char(1)

Indicates if the CPR NPA Node is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected

CprStateAff

Indicates if the CPR State is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Node Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected

LadNpaAff

char(1)

Indicates if the LAD NPA Type is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected

LadStateAff

char(1)

Indicates if the LAD State Type is affected by the NPA Code Opening. Values are:

  • 0 = Not Affected
  • 1 = Affected
