Open Your Profile
Your User Profile brings together your personal account information, assigned roles, password controls, and —when applicable— your TFNRegistry Login IDs. You can review this information without opening the main User Management page by opening the User Menu in the upper right corner and select the User Profile menu item.
Update Profile Information
Your User Profile page allows you to maintain your name while preserving account information that is controlled centrally. Your Email Address and Tenant Name are displayed for confirmation and cannot be changed from this page.
Update the editable First Name or Last Name fields. Review the read-only Email Address and Tenant Name to confirm you are working with the expected account. Select the Save button to retain any changes. To abandon unsaved changes, select the Discard Changes button.
Your User Profile also shows the Somos Hub and product roles assigned to your account. This provides a personal view of product roles (also known as permissions) even when you cannot access the User Management portion of the Somos Hub.
Request a Password Change
Password changes begin in the Somos Hub but are completed through a secure email process. Selecting the password option sends instructions to the email address associated with your account.
On your User Profile page, locate the Account Password portion of the page. Select the Change Password link. You will see a Success message in the upper right corner when the password reset email has been sent successfully, then check your Email Address for password change instructions.
Manage TFNRegistry Login IDs
If your account has roles to use the TFNRegistry™, you can associate one or more existing TFNRegistry Login IDs with Somos Hub by choosing the Login ID used when launching TFNRegistry.
On your User Profile page, locate the TFNRegistry Login IDs portion of the page and then select the Manage TFNRegistry Login IDs link. To associate another ID, select the Add Login ID(s) button and enter the existing TFNRegistry Login ID and password. Use the Primary ID Control option to select the Login ID that should be used when opening TFNRegistry.
To remove an association, select the Trash Can icon for that TFNRegistry Login ID. Select the Update button to save the changes. You will see a Success message in the upper right corner when the changes have been saved successfully.
