Welcome to the Somos® Hub User Guide. This guide explains how authorized customers access the Somos Hub and complete common account, organization, user, and service-administration tasks.
Somos Hub is the single customer portal for accessing Somos products (also known as solutions) and offerings. It centralizes account information that was previously maintained within individual applications, helping provide streamlined access and more consistent user experience.

Somos Hub Benefits
Somos Hub provides the following:
- One entry point for Somos products, solutions, applications, and service offerings.
- Centralized user, role, organization, and API credential administration. Please Note: TFNRegistry APIs will continue to be managed within the TFNRegistry.
- A consistent navigation and account management experience across subscribed products.
- Support for organization Single Sign-On (SSO), multiple environments, and permitted cross-tenant access.

| Tenant | Your organization's account with Somos, including shared product subscriptions and organization data. |
| Home Tenant | The Tenant to which your user account belongs. |
| Current Tenant | The Tenant whose data you are currently viewing and managing. |
| Environment | Permitted Somos Hub context such as Production or Sandbox. Data changes when you switch environments. |
| Product Card | A dashboard tile that opens a Somos product or application available to your account. |
| Role | A named set of permissions for Somos Hub or a subscribed product. |
| Resp Org | A Responsible Organization (Resp Org) associated with TFNRegistry™ services and the Tenant. |
| Scope | The Resp Org ID(s) or other resource on whose behalf a TFNRegistry related role may act. |
