The Submit Responsible Organization (Resp Org) Change (ROC) Request (RSB) page allows you to submit a Resp Org Change (ROC) request to port a Toll-Free Number (TFN) (formerly known as a Dial number (Dial#)) to your Resp Org. On this page, you can view the following portions:
Please Note: The ROC request will only change the Controlling (current, old) Resp Org ID of the TFN; the carrier will not be updated.
TFNs that are in an Assigned, Disconnect, Reserved, Suspend, Transitional, and a Working (Active) status can be ported within the ROC System, but it is not available for TFNs in an Unavailable or Spare status.
After you have completed the required portions of a ROC request, uploaded any attachments as needed, select the “Submit” button to proceed with the ROC request.
