The Cross-Entity ROC Permissions (also known as the "Acting As" feature) allows you to act on behalf of Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) for which you have appropriate permissions. Please Note: If you require additional permissions, please contact your Resp Org's Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator(s) for assistance. Your list of Resp Org ID’s to which you have appropriate permissions will be listed in the “Acting As” feature. You will have two options to utilize the Cross-Entity ROC Permissions for your Login ID in the TFNRegistry:
| Go to the RSB page. Once the RSB page is displayed, complete and submit the request like you normally would; however, you will now see your Resp Org IDs along with those Resp Org IDs that you have appropriate permissions for in the “New Resp Org ID” drop down menu. | |
| In the “Acting As” drop down menu, you can select the desired Resp Org ID and then go to the RSB page. Once the RSB page is displayed, you will only see the Resp Org ID associated to the Resp Org’s ID that was previously selected in the "New Resp Org ID" drop down menu on the RSB page. |
