In this portion of a Responsible Organization (Resp Org) Change (ROC) Request (RSB), you can enter Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) that you would like to submit for a Resp Org Change. You can also upload an Excel workbook containing a list of TFNs. The supported file types include the following: .csv, .xls and .xlsx. For more information on ROC parameters, please click here.
Please Note:
- TFNs with the status of Spare or Unavailable cannot be submitted in a ROC request.
- TFNs currently in control by your organization cannot be included in a ROC request.
- If you enter a TFN(s) or upload a list of TFNs in an Excel workbook (.csv, .xlx, .xlsx) without the dashes in the TFN(s), the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) will automatically add in the dashes in the TFN(s) for you.

If you enter or upload an invalid TFN(s) in the “Toll-Free Numbers” field, then an error message will be displayed with valid and invalid TFNs information. Select the “Remove” button to remove the invalid TFNs. For more information on valid and invalid TFNs, please click here.
