To request a resend on the Customer Record Audit/Resend (CRA/CRR) page, select one or more Service Control Point (SCP) ID check boxes. If it is necessary for the SCP to process the resend during overloads, select the Critical check box at the bottom of the page. Then select the “Resend” button to resend the Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) to all selected SCPs. The message, “Resend Request has been submitted Successfully. Please check your mailbox for detailed results” will be displayed at the top of the page. You must log into your email account registered with the TFNRegistry™ to check the CR Audit detailed results upon completion.
