The Carrier Agreement with Entities (CAG) page allows an authorized user (who has the appropriate carrier permissions and is the carriers' manager) to set up the CAG page according to the needs of their organization for a specific carrier's Carrier Identification Code (CIC). On the CAG page, the authorized user defines the Responsible Organization (Resp Org) IDs that can use their CIC(s) in Customer Records (CADs) (also known as CRs) and Template Records (TADs) (also known as TRs). Using carrier’s network by entering their CICs in either CRs or TRs enable the Resp Org to route the Toll-Free traffic through their networks. Additionally, the carrier’s authorized user has the right to restrict access to Toll-Free Routing in their networks. To enforce this restriction, the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) relies upon data in the CAG page.
For a new CIC (after the Carrier Information and Security (CIS) Information is setup on the CIS page), the authorized user can setup their CAG page for the new CIC. The “Carrier Agreements with Entities” (CAG) page can be accessed through the “Carrier Administration” sub-menu from the Menu.
By selecting, the “Carrier Agreements with Entities (CAG)” sub-menu item, the CAG page will be displayed.

Please Note: For each CIC, the CAG page must be completed by an authorized user before any CRs involving the CIC can be successfully processed in the TFNRegistry.
