To retrieve the Carrier Agreements with Entities (CAG) information:
- On the CAG page, you, an authorized user, can manually enter the Carrier or can select the “List”
icon to view the list of Carriers. The “Choose from the list” pop-up window is displayed with the list of available Entities.
- You can either enter the full or partial desired Carrier in the search box or select the desired Carrier from the list.
- By selecting the desired Carrier from the list, the Carrier will be selected automatically in the Carrier field. You must select the “Retrieve” button to retrieve and view the Carrier information.
The Results portion of the CAG page will be displayed with the message, “Carrier Agreements with Entities Retrieved Successfully” displayed at the top of the page.

The Results portion of the CAG page will contain the list of Entities that are allowed to use the Carrier.
If “**” (2 asterisks) is present in the list of Entities field, then all Entities defined in the TFNRegistry are allowed to use the Carrier. The Entities can also be a list of specific Entity IDs allowed to use the Carrier, all other Entities are disallowed.
If the following error message is observed, “Carrier (CIC) XXXX is not known to SMS/800 TFN Registry (099035)”, then please call or text the Help Desk at 844.HEY.SOMOS (844.439.7666), Option 1.
