An Area of Service (AOS) Label Definitions (ASL) can be copied to a new Effective Date from Active, Old and Pending ASL. A Disconnect ASL cannot be copied.
- To copy an ASL, you must first retrieve the ASL.
- Select the “Copy”
icon which opens a pop-up to enable you to enter a new Effective Date. All other fields are disabled.
- Enter a new Effective Date manually or select the date from the "Calendar"
icon. Please Note: When creating a new AOS label, the Effective Date must be between the current date plus 1 day and one year from the current date. - Add or remove values (i.e. definitions) from the ASL, please follow the update ASL steps. Then, select the “Submit” button. After a successful Copy, a status message, “Area of Service Label Definitions Copied Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
