When the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been disabled or if you do not complete the MFA reestablishment, then you will not be allowed to manage the existing API Key until MFA has been reestablished. You will be requested at log into the TFNRegistryâ„¢ UI (tfnregistry.somos.com) to reestablish MFA. If you do not take action to set it up again from the User Control (URC) page after disabling it. If you do not have the required permissions, a message will be displayed on the URC page requesting you to contact their Resp Org's Primary Contact and/or Company Administrator(s) for assistance.
