The Network Management Exception Reports Control (NRC) page is used to specify the destinations for the Network Management Exception Reports to be sent by the Service Control Point (SCP) to the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) in a 5 minute time period. The destination(s) are email address that has been defined on the User Control (URC) page. An Administrator uses the NRC page to reference data table to set various system-wide parameters. On the NRC page, you can complete the following actions:
- Retrieve NRC
- Create NRC
- Update NRC
- Delete NRC
- Send Network Management Control Audit Report via Email
- Send Manual Control List Report via Email
The types of reports listed in the NRC page:
- Number List Change
- SCP Status Change
- SSP Overflow
- Failed Requests
- TLC Override
To access the NRC page, from the Landing page or from any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the "Network and SCP Administration" menu item and then the "Network Management Exception Reports Control" sub-menu item. Once the “Network Management Exception Reports Control" sub-menu item has been selected, the sub-menu item will be highlighted and the NRC page will be displayed.
