The Manual Control List Report is an on-demand report initiated from the Network Management Exception Reports Control (NRC) page, which lists the manual controls that are currently active at an Service Control Point (SCP). This report is only available via email (sent by an Administrator) and shall be requested from the NRC page. While the initiation of the “report” to send a message to the SCP, when the response comes back and the email is generated, the information is also stored and sent to the Reporting and the report is retained there for about 48 hours. If the report is requested for more than one SCP, a report will be generated for each SCP.
By selecting the “Reports” icon, a pop-up window “SCP Reports” will be displayed. You must select the Manual Control List radio button, enter the SCP ID and email address in their respective fields and then select the “Submit” button.
A message, “SCP ID report generated successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
