Network Service Providers (NSPs) can restrict the use of their network to specific Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) by using the Network Provider-SCP Owner/Operator IntraLATA Agreements (NLA)/IntraLATA Exceptions (NLA/NLE) page and by providing the Resp Orgs that are allowed to use their network for routing Toll-Free calls by using Carrier Identification Code (CIC) 0110.
To access the NLA/NLE page, from the Landing Page or from any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the "Network and SCP Administration" menu item and then the “Network Provider-SCP Owner/Operator IntraLATA Agreements and Exceptions (NLA/NLE)” menu item. Once the "Network Provider-SCP Owner/Operator IntraLATA Agreements and Exceptions (NLA/NLE)" sub-menu item has been selected, the sub-menu item will be highlighted and the NLA/NLE page will be displayed.
The NLA/NLE page allows you to retrieve the information for Network Provider-SCP Owner/Operator IntraLATA Agreements or Exceptions. To retrieve the Network Provider-SCP Owner/Operator IntraLATA Agreement information, select the “Agreements” or the “Exceptions” radio button.
