The Call Completion Collection Requests (CCC) function is used to view the current settings or to turn Call Completion Collection “On” or “Off”. When the CCC is set “On”, then for each number on either a mass calling surveillance list or control list, the Service Control Point (SCP) collects call completion data (i.e., the call is answered/not answered) from the Service Switch Point (SSP) and every 150 seconds calculates a destination percent failure rate that it sends to the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com). To access the CCC page, from the Landing page or from any page, you can select the Menu icon (in the upper left corner), the "Network and SCP Administration" menu item and then the "Call Completion Collection (CCC)" sub-menu item. Once the "Call Completion Collection (CCC)" sub-menu item has been selected, the sub-menu item will be highlighted and the CCC page will be displayed.
