Requests: Special
The Number Status Report provides a list of all Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) in the TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) along with their number statuses, excluding any TFNs that are in a Spare number status. The Number Status Report is available to approved Responsible Organizations (Resp Orgs) via the TFNRegistry Application Program Interface (API). Additionally, this report is updated on a monthly basis and approved Resp Orgs are charged on a monthly basis the Online (On-line) Report fee listed in the TFNRegistry Functions Tariff.
The Special Request may be used to request or cancel the Number Status Report (a confirmation report provided by the TFNRegistry). When the Special Request is displayed, please enter the following information in the "Request Description" field for the Number Status Report and then select the "Submit" button to send the request to the Help Desk for processing.
Please grant access to the following:
- Resp Org ID or Entity ID: [(Insert your Resp Org ID, XXXXX or Entity ID, XX***)]
- Login ID(s): [(Insert your Login ID, XXXXXXXX)]
- TFNRegistry API Call: Number Status Report
- Environment: Production/Disaster Recovery
- Please include the following: A statement that acknowledges the Resp Org is willing to pay the current TFNRegistry Functions Tariff rate for the report and an acknowledgement of the actual price for online reports.
After the request has been received and approved, the Help Desk will complete the Special Request and then an email notification will be sent to the submitter of the request.
