After retrieving the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) on the Template Record Selection (TEC) page, you must select the “Delete” icon. The pop-up window with a message, “Are you sure you want to delete the Template Record?” will be displayed.
By selecting the “Yes” button to delete, the message, “Template Record Deleted Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
Please Note: On the TEC page, the delete option is enabled when a retrieved TR status is in Hold, Invalid, Must Check, Pending, and Saved status.
