To retrieve the Carrier Information and Security (CIS) page with ACNA information:
- On the CIS page, you, as an authorized user, can manually enter the ACNA or select the “List”
icon next to the ACNA field. The “Choose from the list” pop-up window is displayed with the list of available ACNAs. - You can either enter the full or partial desired ACNA in the search box or select the desired ACNA from the list.
- By selecting the desired ACNA from the list, the ACNA will be selected automatically in the ACNA field. You must select the “Retrieve” button to retrieve and view the CIS with ACNA information.
The Results portion of the CIS page will be displayed with the message, “Carrier Information and Security Retrieved Successfully” displayed at the top of the page and provide the following information:
- ACNA
- Primary CIC
- Resp Org
- Secondary CIC
- Translation
- Status
