CIS Field Descriptions
Field/Object	Descriptions	Valid Values/Actions
ACNA (Carrier Name)	The Carrier’s Access Customer Name Abbreviation (ACNA) code.	3-alphabetic characters
Primary CIC	Identifies the primary Carrier Identification Code (CIC) to be associated with the carrier.	4-digit code
Resp Org	Identifies the authorizing Resp Org to maintain the CICs and related CAG, GNA, ENO/EAP and record information.	Format: eeuuu (where ee is the Resp Org Entity and uuu is the Resp Org).
Translation	Identifies whether or not the Carrier wants Toll-Free Number (TFN) to Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) number translation for the Primary CIC. Also described as: T – TFN translated to POTS N – TFN not translated to POTS B – Depends on the specifics of the telephone number	Translate (Yes), Do Not Translate (No) or Both
Status	Status is required for the Primary CIC.	Active Disconnect
Secondary CICs	Secondary CICs to be used by the Carrier is optional. Multiple secondary CIC codes may be associated with a Carrier Name.	4-digit code
Secondary Resp Org	Identifies the Authorizing Resp Org to maintain the CICs and related CAG, GNA, ENO/EAP and record information.	Format: eeuuu (where ee is the Resp Org Entity and uuu is the Resp Org).
Secondary Translation	Identifies whether or not the Carrier wants TFN to POTS number translation for the Secondary CIC. Also described as: T – TFN translated to POTS N – TFN not translated to POTS B – Depends on the specifics of the telephone number	Translate (Yes), Do Not Translate (No) or Both
Secondary Status	Status is required for each Secondary CIC.	Active Disconnect
