On the Carrier Approval (APR) page, you, as an authorized user, cannot retrieve a Toll-Free Number (TFN)/Template information when the Acting As and TFN’s/Template's Resp Org or Controlling (current, old) Responsible Organization (Resp Org) are different. A message, “While you have permissions for this TFN, you have selected the wrong Acting As Resp Org. Please select the following Resp Org to continue: xxxxx” will be displayed.
