On the Number Query and Update (NQU) page, you can update the information related to a Toll-Free Number (TFN). You must first retrieve the desired TFN to update it. After the retrieval of the TFN has been successful, you can update the desired information in the "Results" portion of this page.

In the "Results" portion of the page, you can update the following fields accordingly on the NQU page:
- Resp Org
- Status
- Reserved Until Date
- Contact Name
- Contact Number
- Notes
After the desired information has been updated, you must select the “Save” button to make the desired changes. If the update is successful, then a message stating, “Number Updated Successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page. Please Note: For Acting As Resp Org ID, whenever the retrieved TFN information is enabled and displayed then you can update the Resp Org, Status, Reserved Until, Contact Name, Contact Number and Notes information.
