This feature allows you to search for a Toll-Free Number (TFN) using various Search Criteria. In the search results, whenever you get a specified TFN in reserved (i.e. "In Use") status, you can request a notification to be alerted when the TFN goes spare by using this feature. Whenever the specified TFN is in a Spare status, a notification will be sent to you via email.
To create a Spare Notification:
- On the Number Search and Reserve (NUS) page, enter the TFN in the search box and select the “Spare Notify” button. Please Note: You can spare notify up to 5 TFNs.
- Once the "Spare Notify" button has been selected, a message, “TFN added to the spare notification list successfully” will be displayed at the top of the page.
To update the Spare Notifications:
- Select the “My Searches” icon on the NUS page and the "My Searches" pop-up window will be displayed.
- Select the desired TFN and then select the “Remove” button.
