When you search for more than 10 Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) on the Number Search and Reserve (NUS) page, you must select the “Search & Reserve” button.
After the request has been submitted, a Request ID is generated by the TFNRegistry™ and a message, “Request XXX Submitted Successfully. Notification email will be sent on request completion” will be displayed at the top of the page.
From the NUS page, you can select the “Message” icon to directly view the Request ID details.
Once the list of Request IDs appear, you can select the desired Request ID and the Bulk / Automation Message Center (BMC) page for the request will be displayed.
Or once the Request ID has been generated, you can navigate to the BMC page to view the Request ID details. On the BMC page, enter the Request ID generated for the bulk NUS in the "Search" field. The bulk Number and Search Request ID details will be displayed automatically.
