On the Acting As supported page, select the drop down arrow that is available on the Acting As field. A list of Responsible Organization (Resp Org) IDs will be displayed along with a Search field. You can select a new Resp Org ID from the drop down or can directly enter the Resp Org ID in the corresponding field.
A pop-up window with a message, “You are about to change your Acting As Resp Org. Any unsaved changes will be lost in all opened windows. Do you wish to proceed?” will be displayed. By selecting the “Yes” button, the Resp Org ID will be changed and by selecting the “No” button the Resp Org change will be cancelled.
Once the Acting As has been selected, you can view the new Resp Org ID in the Acting As field.

Please Note: The list of Resp Org ID(s) will be displayed when the Administrator has created Resp Org IDs in the Update List section of the User Profile (SUD) page. When you open multiple tabs in a browser or multiple windows, then the Acting As Resp Org ID will be applied based upon your selection. You cannot work as multiple Acting As Resp Orgs at one time across the multiple tabs or windows.
