The TFNRegistry™ Verify Email Address will ask you to verify your email address with the following steps:
1. When you log into the TFNRegistry successfully, a pop up will be displayed. There are 2 options to choose from. You can select either update or confirm your email address.
Select Confirm to verify the listed email is correct. Select Confirm to submit your response.
- Select Update to make changes to your email address. Select Submit.
- A confirmation pop-up message will be displayed.
Once you close this pop-up, there will be a reminder on your Dashboard to check your email and complete the verification process.
- Once you receive an email with a link to complete the email verification process;
- You will click on the link from the email you received from the TFNRegistry (no-reply-tfnregistry@somos.com) which will take you to a landing page where it will confirm that email verification was successful or it will display an error message.
When will it display?
- The Verify Email Address pop up window will display when you log into the TFNRegistry if you have not completed the process.
- The Verify Email Address pop up window will not display when you have received the email but have not clicked the link and is during the grace period or they have completed the verification process.
- If you complete the Verify Email Address steps above, you will receive the email and never clicks on the link, it will show up on login after the grace period has passed.
- The grace period days apply to both the Verify Email Address pop up window and the link within the verification email that you receive if you choose edit..
- Grace period in days:
- First day is day 0, then count days.
- For Example: If grace period is set to 2 days;
- Day 0 (Day of Submission, 8/5)
- Day 1 (8/6)
- Day 2 (8/7, Verify Email link expires at 11:59 PM*)
- Day 3 (8/8, you will get the Verify Email Address pop up window as well as a new Email Verification link in email again).
- Grace period in days:
