On the Templates In Disaster Recovery (TDR) screen, select the Create button on the upper right corner.
- Carrier Identification Code (CIC) Field: This will be the carrier that you want to use in place of the current carrier that is set for routing on the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) Please Note: You need to use a carrier that your Responsible Organization (Resp Org) has permission to use.

Entity Field allows Cross-Entity (also known as Acting As) selections for user that have permissions from other Resp Org(s) to edit their records.
Please Note: If you selected the Acting As feature at the top of the page before selecting create on the TDR page, the you will only see the entity ID for the Resp Org you are "Acting As".
Resp Org Field: Depending on the Acting As and the Entity selected, this will filter down to Resp Org ID's that you have access to. If left blank, it will search all TADs under the Entity chosen with the defined CIC.
When you finish selecting the CIC, Entity and Resp Org, please select the search button.
The following pop up window will display a list of Templates based on the search criteria that was entered.
Please Note: The following fields are not allowed to be modified in this view. CIC*, Entity*, Resp Org(s)
On this page you will set up the Disaster Recovery CIC you want to use in the event of an emergency. Select the Template(s) you want to use this CIC and select submit.
After you select the submit button, you will receive a pop up asking you if you want to create more or if you wish to exit if you are finished.
