The TFNRegistry™ (tfnregistry.somos.com) Templates In Disaster Recovery (TDR) provides the capability for template updates during disaster recovery events. Resp Orgs have the ability to make changes only when all the information on new CIC is available on the template being transferred. The Responsible Organization (Resp Org) will have the ability to revert the template easily back to the original CIC A after the disaster is resolved.
To access the TDR page, please select the Menu icon at the top left corner of any page, then select the “Customer Record Administration” menu item, and then the TDR will be displayed on the sub-menu. Once the TDR sub-menu item has been selected, the TDR page will be displayed.
