The type of request that was submitted to the Help Desk for processing. You may re-submit or cancel requests that you have submitted to the Help Desk for processing. Please Note: You can only cancel a request that has not been received by the Help Desk. |

Icons
- Port Processing = the request will display requests that have been approved by HD and are in the process of being ported. The "Status" icon is indigo colored gears.
- Pending = the request has been submitted but not processed by the Help Desk. The "Status" icon is an indigo colored hourglass.
- Approved = the request means that at least 1 number has been approved, but others could be decline. The "Status" icon is a green colored checkmark.
- Rejected = the request has been declined by the Help Desk for a specific reason. The "Status" icon is a berry colored X.
- Processed (approved or rejected) = the request has been successfully completed by the Help Desk. The "Status" icon is a orange colored checkmark.

| Model / Correct |
This "Model/Correct" feature allows you to make a copy of the submitted request. After a copy of the request is displayed, you can make any edits and re-submit the request to the Help Desk for processing. |
Icons
- Port Processing = the request will display requests that have been approved by HD and are in the process of being ported. Select the indigo colored "Piece of paper and pencil" icon to make a copy of the request.

Pending = the request has been submitted but not processed by the Help Desk. The "Model/Correct" icon is an indigo colored hourglass.
- Approved = the request has at least 1 number that has been approved, but others could be decline. Select the indigo colored "Piece of paper and pencil" icon to make a copy of the request and make any corrections to any numbers that were not approved.

Rejected = the request has been declined by the Help Desk for a specific reason. Select the indigo colored "Piece of paper and pencil" icon to make a copy of the request and make any corrections.

Processed = the request has been successfully completed by the Help Desk. The "Model /Correct" icon are two pieces of indigo colored paper.

| Cancel |
The "Cancel" link will appear when the submitted request has not been received by the Help Desk. If it has been, and you would like to cancel it please contact the Help Desk immediately at 844.HEY.SOMOS (844.439.7666), Option 1. |
