TEL# |
It specifies the number (either a Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) number or a Toll-Free Number (TFN)) that is to be added or deleted from the Manual Control List. |

Gap Interval |
It specifies the interval at which calls to the specified TEL# will be allowed through the network. An entry of "0" terminates mass calling controls for given TEL#. |
Required field. 2-digit Range 0-15. |
Control Duration |
It specifies how long the control of the specified number will last in the Service Switching Point (SSP). The nominal value for the control duration must be greater than or equal to the nominal value for the gap interval. |

It specifies the treatment of blocked calls:

Number Type |
It designates whether or not the TEL# is a dialed (DIAL) number or a destination (DEST) number. Default is DIAL for TFNs and DEST for POTS numbers. All POTS numbers are of type DEST. TFNs can be either of type DIAL or DEST. |

Identify the Service Control Points (SCPs):

SCP Select Indicator |
Identify at which SCP(s) a Manual Control is to be performed. TFNRegistry determines which SCPs have an active or sending Customer Record for the specified DIAL# and mark their selection fields with an X. If the DIAL# does not have an active or sending Customer Record, all SCPs for the network manager’s CCS Network are displayed, but the selection field is not marked with an X. For a POTS#, all SCPs are marked in their selection fields with an X. |
