SCP ID |
A mandatory field that identifies the Service Control Point (SCP) associated with the SCP Exception Reports destinations. Help Desk users may select or enter a new SCP ID for any network. A drop down menu is available which contains all SCP IDs in the TFNRegistryTM. Network Managers may select or enter a SCP ID within their own network. The drop down menu contains all valid SCP within their own network. |
4 - alphanumeric, first 2-alpha characters are valid Network ID, followed by a 2-digit code (00 to 99). A valid SCP ID defined in the TFNRegistry. |
Number List Change |
Allows you to enter up to 12 destinations for the exception report sent from SCP when a Number List Change occurs at the SCP. All valid email address for the user will be displayed in the drop down menu of the field. |
Valid entries: An email address (single @ sign and no space, or the email address defined via User Control (URC) page). Email address is up to 60 characters. |
SCP Status Change |
Allows users to enter up to 12 destinations for the exception report sent from SCP when the overload status of that SCP changes. All valid email address for the user will be displayed in the drop down menu of the field. |

SSP Overflow |
Allows users to enter up to 12 destinations for the exception report sent from SCP when Service Switch Point (SSP) Overflow occurs at that SCP. All valid printers and email address for the user will be displayed in the drop down menu of the field. |

Failed Requests |
Allows users to enter up to 12 destinations for the exception report when a Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) update failed at an SCP. All valid email address for the user will be displayed in the drop down menu of the field. |

TLC Override |
