• First 4 alpha characters identify the city.
• Following 2 characters identify the state.
• Next 2 alphanumeric characters identify the building.
• Last 3 alphanumeric characters identify the equipment.

• First 3 digits represent the network code within the range of 005-254.
• Following 3 digits represent the cluster code within the range of 001-255.
• Last 3 digits represent the switch or member code within the range of 001-255.
