SSP Node ID (SSP) Field Descriptions

CCS Network. Administrators can send this as an input; SCP Administrator cannot change this in the request.

Required Field.

2 alpha characters.

Both Input and Output field.

Node ID

Identifies the CLLI code associated with the SSP.

Required Field.

11 alphanumeric characters:

• First 4 alpha characters identify the city.
• Following 2 characters identify the state.
• Next 2 alphanumeric characters identify the building.
• Last 3 alphanumeric characters identify the equipment.

Both Input and Output field

Point Code

Identifies the address of the SSP.

Required Field.

9 numeric characters:

• First 3 digits represent the network code within the range of 005-254.
• Following 3 digits represent the cluster code within the range of 001-255.
• Last 3 digits represent the switch or member code within the range of 001-255.
