Trouble Referral Number Query (TRQ) Field Descriptions

Toll-Free Number	A required key entry field that supports 1 to 10 Toll-Free Number (TFNs) separated by commas and/or paragraph return.	NPA-NXX-XXXX or NPANXXXXXX: NPA = Area code, 800, 888 or other 8XX open code. NXX = Digits or alpha; N = any number from 2-9 or alpha. XXXX = Line# in digits or alpha. Dashes are optional.
Resp Org	This field is populated in the Results area with the Controlling (current, old) Responsible Organization (Resp Org) for the requested TFN. If no Customer Record (CAD) (also known as a CR) is found, NOT FOUND is displayed.	Protected text field populated by the TFNRegistry™.
Trouble Ref #	This field is populated in the Results area with the 10 Digit number from the Resp Org Table for the Controlling Resp Org of the TFN entered. If no CR is found, the field contains blanks.	Protected text field populated by the TFNRegistry.
Resp Org Name	The company name of the Resp Org is provided in the Results if the company name has been added to the Resp Org Table in the TFNRegistry by an Administrator. It will be returned only when a CR exists, otherwise it is blank.	Protected text field populated by the TFNRegistry.
