TFNRegistry UI: What are the Fields, their Descriptions and Valid Values for the ROC Page?

Required.

Identifies the Responsible Organization (Resp Org) associated with the Carriers (CICs).

Required.

Identifies the date on which the ROC status action (Active/Disconnect, etc.) takes place.

Status is derived field based on the Effective Date:

• ACTIVE - Its Effective Date is equal to or earlier than the current date.
• PENDING - A unit having a future EFF DATE.
• OLD - A previously active/disconnect unit having a past EFF DATE.
• DISCONNECT - Indicates current record is no longer active as of Effective Date. It will be removed from the TFNRegistry via a cleanup process.

• Old
• Disconnect
• Pending Disconnect

Optional.

• Identifies a list of CIC(s) associated with the Resp Org.
• Each must be a valid CIC that is previously defined for a carrier in the Carrier Information and Security (CIS) table.
