Users will be throttled at the Resp Org Level with a rate limit of 5,000 requests/clock minute per Resp Org in the Production environment and 500 requests/clock minute per Resp Org in the Sandbox environment of the TFNRegistry™. The rate limit is based on clock minute. For Example: If a Resp Org sends 5,000 requests at 11:00:30 AM. The Resp Org will be able to send another 5,000 requests starting 11:01:00 AM.
Please Note: If the TFNRegistry reaches its processing limit in either the Production or Sandbox environment, Resp Orgs may also be throttled.
Some API requests such as Multi Number Copy (MNC), Multi Number Query (MNQ), Multi Number Spare (MSP), Multi Pointer Activation (MPA) and the Mass Resp Org Change (MRO) may be counted as multiple requests in the TFNRegistry.
