The Changed NPA-NXXs Report provides information regarding NPA-NXX changes (including manual changes by the Help Desk) that may have occurred since the last TPM update. The types of changes include the following:
- New NPA-NXXs
- Deleted NPA-NXXs
- NPA-NXXs moved from one LATA to another

Number Plan Area (NPA). This field specifies the NPA of the Toll-Free Number (TFN) being requested. The first three digits of a TFN. Examples: 800, 888, 877, 866, 855 and 844. |
| NPA-NXX | Identifies the NPA-NXX which was or will be added, deleted, or moved. |
| Old LATA |
Identifies the LATA associated with the NPA-NXX that was or will be deleted. or Identifies the LATA from which the NPA-NXX moved or will move from. |
| New LATA |
Identifies the LATA associated with the NPA-NXX that was or will be added. or Identifies the LATA to which the NPA-NXX moved or will move to. |
| Activity Indicator | This indicates whether the NPA-NXX is added, deleted, or moved. |
| Effective Date | The Effective Date for the Action (Move, Deletion or Addition) of the listed NPA-NXX. |
| Change Date | The changes were made to the associated tables. |
| Last Updated Date/Time | The date/time when the data updated in the Transactional database (when activity occurred). |
| Last Refresh Date/Time | Identifies the date and time the report was last refreshed. |
| Record Count | Display the count of records associated with the filtered data set (xxxxxxx) and the grand total of records (yyyyyyy) formatted as xxxxxxx/yyyyyyy. |
Data Source Used to Create the Report
The “RHDB_CHANGEDNPANXX” data source is used to create the Changed NPA-NXX Report. The fields used from this table are:
- Activity Indicator
- Change Date
- Effective Date
- New LATA
- NPA
- NPA-NXX
- Old LATA
- Update Time
