You must retrieve the Mass Carrier Change (MCC) Information (CCI) by the MCC ID. Each requested change is assigned a unique ID for the users to view the progress and status of each request.
To retrieve the information for a particular MCC ID:
- On the CCI page, you can manually enter the Entity or select the “List”
icon to get the list of MCC IDs. The “Choose from the list” pop-up window is displayed with the list of available MCC IDs. - You can either enter the full or partial desired MCC ID details in the search box or select the desired MCC ID from the list.
- By selecting the desired MCC ID from the list, the MCC ID will be selected automatically in the MCC field. You must select the “Retrieve” button to retrieve and view the MCC information.
The Results portion of the MCC page will be displayed with the message, “Mass Carrier Change Information Retrieved Successfully” is displayed at the top of the page. The CCI results page provides the following information:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Status
- Resp Org
- Old CIC
- New CIC
