Sometimes, the Automatic Request Input (ARI) Request Types fail. The “Download Failed Records” button allows you, a Responsible Organization (Resp Org) user, to search, view and download all the specific records that have failed along with the reason for failure.
When you submit any of the 6 ARI Request Types (MCP, MNC, MSP, MPA, MND and MRO), the Request ID results are available in the Bulk / Automation Message Center (BMC) page. On this page, you can select any of the Request IDs listed and then select the “Submit” button to view the detailed Request ID information and its results. In the Results portion of this page, you can view the Completed, Failed and Total number of Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) that are requested along with the “Download Failed Records” button. By selecting the “Download Failed Records” button, all the records that failed will be downloaded in an Excel workbook. It is then saved to your device. The saved location is based on your browser and browser settings.
You can also use the Search field to view the specific search results.
When there are zero or no failed records for the Request ID selected, then the “Download Failed Records” button will be disabled.
