To retrieve the Resp Org Information (ORG) by Responsible Organization (Resp Org) ID:
- On the ORG page, you must select the Resp Org ID radio button to retrieve the Resp Org ID information.
- Next, you can manually enter the Resp Org ID or select the “List”
icon to view the list of Resp Org IDs. The “Choose from the list” pop-up window is displayed with the list of available Resp Org IDs.
- You can either enter the full or partial desired Resp Org ID in the search box or select the desired Resp Org ID from the list.
- By selecting the desired Resp Org ID from the list, the Resp Org ID will be selected automatically in the Resp Org ID field. You must select the “Retrieve” button to retrieve and view the Resp Org ID information.
The Results portion of the ORG page will be displayed with the message, “Resp Org Information Retrieved Successfully” displayed at the top of the page and it provides the Entity and Resp Org information.
