The Template Record History (TRH) page allows you to retrieve the History of changes that have been made to a temple record. To access the TRH page, you must select the "Menu" icon at the top of any page, select the “Customer Record Administration” menu item and then select the “Template Record History Record" from the sub-menu item.
Please Note: Any template changes made prior to September 15, 2025 will not be available on the TRH. If you try to retrieve a template that has not been updated since this date, you will receive the follow error message.
