Login ID |
Identifies who created the scheduled search. The TFNRegistry™ populates this field when a Schedule Search has been created. |
8 alphanumeric characters, maximum character length is 8. |

TFN/Vanity |
Identifies the Toll-Free Number (TFN) or Vanity Number.
TFN remains in the TFNRegistry until the user who made the request modifies or removes schedule search.

Length of 12 alphanumeric Characters for TFN. For Vanity numbers, characters are converted to corresponding digits, and only the 10 digits are used in the search. Space is not allowed. Example: 800-321-1234 or 800-CAR-HIRE. Only one record in each schedule search. |

Schedule Start Date |
Identifies the automatic search start date. This must be future date and cannot be more than a year from current date. |

Schedule End Date |
Identifies the automatic search end date. This must be future date, cannot be more than a year from current date, and cannot be earlier than start date. |

Time |
Identifies schedule search pick-up time. This time must be in hours in the range of 00 to 23. TFNs in the users’ list shall be picked-up by schedule search at the mentioned time. |

Identifies whether to Notify only or Notify and Reserve the TFN. |
