Manage ROC WSI Subscriber Notifications Field Descriptions
Field/Object	Descriptions	Valid Values/Actions
Entity	2-character Responsible Organization (Resp Org) Entity ID.	Must be a valid 2-character Entity ID.
TFN Status	List of Toll-Free Number (TFN) statuses.	Valid Values: Pending = The TFN is still un-processed. Port Processing = The TFN has been sent to the TFNRegistry™. Ported = The TFN has been ported from the Controlling (current, old) Resp Org to the submitting Resp Orgs. Declined = The request for that TFN has been declined by either the submitter itself or the Controlling Resp Org. Expired (Appears only for the Submitting (new) Resp Org for Outgoing ROC requests) = If request is left un-processed for 10 business days, the request is expired automatically. Port Failed = The failure description is the reason for port failure received from the TFNRegistry. Overdue = If the request Due Date is older than current date then status is updated to an Overdue status automatically. Due Date Approval = This status shows that Toll-Free Number is due for processing and will be auto approved just before the status becomes Overdue. Gaining Resp Org adds additional document to a request via WSI = The request was made using the WSI method AddDocument() to attach a document. Waiting = A request made in the future date.

Process (Outgoing)	Selects all the Outgoing ROC requests.	Valid Values: Select Unselect
Process (Incoming)	Selects all the Incoming ROC requests.	Valid Values: Select Unselect
Pending	The TFN is still un-processed.	Valid Values: Select Unselect
Post Processing	The TFN has been sent to the TFNRegistry.	Valid Values: Select Unselect
Ported	The TFN has been ported from the Controlling (current, old, losing) Resp Org to the submitting Resp Orgs.	Valid Values: Select Unselect
