TFNRegistry UI: What are the Fields, their Descriptions and Valid Values for the URC Page?

Login ID

Identifies the Login ID of the TFNRegistry™ user.

6-8 alpha numeric characters.

Primary Email Address

Identifies the primary email address to receive TFNRegistry messages specific to the Login ID.

By default, this will be auto populated with the email address that is defined in the User Profile of the logged in user.

Examples of TFNRegistry messages that are sent to the User Control (URC) email address(s) are listed below:

• When the Customer Record Audit (CRA) Report is sent in response to a completed audit.
• When the Customer Record Resend (CRR) Report is sent in response to a completed CR resend.

Both Input and Output field. This will be synced with User Profile whenever any update is completed.

Normal email address syntax accepted of the general form “user@domain.tld”.

Up to 60 characters.

Optional field.

Secondary Email Address

Identifies the secondary email address to receive TFNRegistry messages specific to the Login ID.

This email address can be modified only via Resp Org Website (portal.somos.com).

Up to 60 characters.

Predictive Search

You can turn ON or OFF. When the predictive search is ON, you will get predictive search results. No notifications are sent when it is turned OFF.

ON or OFF radio button.

Suggestive Search

You can turn ON or OFF. When the Suggestive search is ON, you will get suggestive numbers. No notifications are sent when it is turned OFF.

ON or OFF radio button.

Preferred Time Zone

Preferred Time Zone of the user that needs to be used to display the time on your UI pages.

Optional Field.

Contact Name

The default contact name that will be used at Number Reserve/Search and Reserve in Number Search and Reserve function.

Both Input and Output field.

This will be synched with User Profile whenever any update is done on User Profile.

Up to 30 alphanumeric characters and standard keyboard special characters except the following:

• ~ Tilde
• “Double Quotation Mark
• | Vertical Bar (pipe)
•  ^ Circumflex

The default contact number that will be used at Number Reserve/Search and Reserve in Number Search and Reserve function.

Both Input and Output field.

This will be synched with User Profile whenever any update is done on the User Profile.

10 numeric as per NANP format NPA-NXX-XXXX.

Toll-Free Number with an active CR associated with it in TFNRegistry.

POTS Number, part of POTS NPA-NXX LATA tables in TFNRegistry.

Notes

The default notes that will be used at Number Reserve/Search and Reserve in Number Search and Reserve function.

Both Input and Output field.

Text string. Up to 72 alphanumeric characters.

A “text string” entry can contain any of the following characters: Letters, digits, standard keyboard special characters listed below:

‘ ’ ! @ # $ % & * ( ) - + = { [ } ] \ : ;  < , > . ? / .

The following characters are not permitted:

• ~ Tilde, “Double Quotation Mark, | Vertical Bar (Pipe), ^ Circumflex (Hat) and other special characters not listed above. Accepts blank.

Optional Field.

Set Up MFA

This button allows you to set up MFA.

This is optional for you if you use the TFNRegistry UI. However, if you use the TFNRegistry API with an API Key, MFA is required.

This will appear in place of the “Regenerate Code” button if MFA is not set up.

Regenerate Code

This button allows you to generate the MFA code. This will appear in place of the “Set Up MFA” button after MFA has been set up.
