Email Address |
An optional field that identifies the email address of the user that is to be notified via email that the job has been completed. This is auto populated from the URC page. |
Up to 60 alphanumeric characters. Normal email address syntax accepted of the general form user@domain.tld. |
Template Name |
A mandatory field that identifies the name of the Template Record (TAD) (also known as a TR) that is associated to the Pointer Record (PAD) (also known as a PR). A TR contains the routing for the PR.

Template Name must start with an asterisk * followed by 2 letters (i.e., the Entity code) and then followed by 1-12 alphanumeric characters. Alphanumeric characters are digits (numbers 0 through 9) and/or letters (A through Z). Minimum total data width is 4 characters and maximum total data width is 15 characters when counting the leading asterisk. Dashes are optional and allowed only in character positions 4-15. |
Number of Lines |
Required field. The number of lines on which the TFNs may terminate per each Number (for the Number entered on same line). |
1 to 4 numeric. Ex: 1 to 9999 |
Service Order |
Required field. The Service Order type and number of Service Order must be provided. |
4 to 13 alphanumeric characters. The first character must be alphabetic. The 2nd to 12th characters can be alphanumeric. If there is a 13th character it must be alphabetic. |
Start Effective Date and Time |
A mandatory field that identifies the start date and time that needs to be used in the PRs. Both Input and Output field. |
Format: MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm AM/PM. “Now” is accepted as input. If “Now” is provided as input, then Date and time must not be provided. |
