Field/Object	Descriptions	Valid Values/Actions
Entity	2 character Entity ID that exists in the TFNRegistry™ for which you have permission to view Template Records (TADs) (also known as a TRs).	View-only field. 2 characters.
Template Name	Template Name of a TR.	View-only field. Up to 15 characters.
Template Description	Template description of a Template Name. This field can be empty.	View-only field. Up to 40 characters.
Effective Date & Time	Effective Date and Time of this version of the TR.	View-only field. Format: MM/DD/YYYY – Effective Date hh:mm AM/PM – Effective Time An example: 07/31/2019 11:15 PM
PAD Quantity	The count of Pointer Records (PADs) (also known as PRs) that are tagged to a particular TR.	View-only field. Minimum value is 0.
